Levi & RaeAnn

Beautiful evening spent with Levi and RaeAnn. I think every couple that I photograph starts their session telling me they are very awkward and unphotogenic in most photos. It never fails, by the end of the session the couple is posing together with little direction and looking completely natural. I love how these photos turned out, so many smiles and feelings captured of the lovely couple. Enjoy the sweet wedding planning journey.

Kennedi | Senior

I had so much fun capturing Kennedi’s senior session from start to finish. We started months ago, sending each other all kinds of inspiration, followed by choosing locations and finally the session. KG  absolutely rocked it and so many of our visions were executed perfectly. A million thanks for forcing me to amp up my creativity. It’s so awesome to have something so fun to remind me why I do what I do.

Between the half naked guy and almost getting stranded in the middle of the fishy lake Kennedi was a real trooper for all of it!!

Andrews Wedding

There is something magical about posting a wedding gallery. I love capturing the dayand all the excitement that comes with it. Then the editing, putting in the personal touches to make a photo really come alive. Finally I get to share, that’s when everything comes together. The way everyone responds to seeing inside any couples special day makes me love my job. Here is a look at Stacey and Dustin’s special day.

Nelson Wedding

Brandon and Haley promised forever to each other last weekend and the day was perfect. I know I say this often but I truly mean it when I say that every wedding I get to be a part of is perfect for each couple. Down to every detail every couple is different and their wedding represents them. Congratulations Haley and Brandon.

Toby & Lacey

“A little love in the home” is what I am captioning this sweet lifestyle session of Toby and Lacey. Like any couple their home also has loads of laundry, endless grocery lists and pointless arguments but through it all they have love. I of course see these things as the little sister.  I see the way these two act together. The looks they have when the other is looking away. The smiles when someone congratulates them on this next step. The excitement both my parents have in welcoming Toby into the family and the support from so many loved ones building them up and giving advice.

Every story I capture has a different start than the next. Every time I think of the story of “Toby and Lacey” it sets my mind at ease, that maybe “A little love” is waiting for all of us.

Lots of you have been asking if I will be photographing the wedding. I will be attending their wedding on September 8th 2018 as Maid of Honor and I am so excited to see what Christina & Jeremiah capture on that day!!

Mr. & Mrs. Maanum

It’s not often my wedding parties are filled with so many people I care about. Hannah has been my sister’s best friend since day one. I have grown up thinking of her as a sister, she picked on me, laughed with me and supported me through all the years. Sam spent his high school years working on our farm, anyone who has worked on our farm knows, that right there, makes you a part of our family. Thanks, Maanums for letting me capture your day. It was perfect, I am so excited to see what your next step is!

Kyle & Kelsi Wedding

Last weekend we celebrated the marriage of Kyle and Kelsi. Although we didn’t anticipate the snow and chilly weather in April it turned out to be a nice sunny day. One of my favorite parts of a wedding is the bride and grooms first look, before their first look Kyle filled me in on the secret that he would be surprising Kelsi with a puppy. How cute is that? A puppy!! Check it out and congratulate the lovely couple.

Margo | Senior

Finally, the day has come to blog Margo’s senior sessions. Margo has always been more than willing to be in any photos that I have wanted to take. When the time came for her senior pictures we wanted to incorporate some of her interests. I’m not sure if you guys know this but Margo is a very talented free spirited person. She loves her Ukulele which she taught herself how to play. She traveled to Guatemala last summer and has plans to go back this year. We have gotten so good at being “photographer” and “model” that all I have to do is look at her and she knows what I want her to do.

Another thing to know about Margo is she LOVES her dog. He sure will miss her this fall when she goes to school.

Margo picked up the love of painting from our Great Grandma Doris. She has a room full of paintings and paint supplies so I thought it would be so fun to do a session showing off this creative love.

Margo is attending Southeast Tech this fall for phlebotomy. I wish her the best of luck in her adventures to come. I am so excited to see where life takes her.

Quinn Adair

This little sweetie joined the world on a very special day, Valentines Day! Quinn is hands down the cutest valentine I ever ever seen.

A little over a year ago I got to capture Molly and Jeremy’s wedding day and I was so excited when I was asked to photograph the new addition to their family.
